Real Talk Speech Pathology take a down-to-earth and supportive approach to speech pathology assessment, therapy and supervision services. We focus on creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves while building confidence in communication.

We provide adult speech pathology services across Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, and Colac, supporting neurological conditions, disability and complex communication needs. Our approach is neuroaffirming and trauma-informed. That means we follow your lead, work at your pace, and build therapy around your strengths.

We accept Medicare, TAC, Home Care Package, NDIS, and Private Health Insurance.

Clinical supervision is also available for speech pathology practitioners.
