Who Are We?
At Real Talk we have a very small support team including admin and therapists. We work closely with independent contractors who share our values and bring a grounded, collaborative and person-centred approach to speech therapy, to support long-term functional outcomes.
Director and Lead Speech Pathologist
Becca Henderson
Becca grew up in rural Australia, and that upbringing shapes how she works (practically, collaboratively, and down-to-earth).
She has a particular passion for supporting adults who are neurodivergent or living with mental health challenges, and brings a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming lens to everything she does. You're the expert on your own experience, and her job is to help you communicate in a way that feels authentic to you.
Becca values curiosity, collaboration, and a good laugh along the way. She believes the best therapeutic relationships have room for all three.
When she's not working, you'll find her head in a book, pottering in the garden, on a dance floor somewhere, or planning her next travel adventures.
